The impact you'll make Join Lam Research as an Administrative Assistant based in our Agrate Brianza office, under a one year fixed term contract. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the italian office and italian management team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily activities.
What you'll do General office administration, (telephone contact, ordering of office supply, contact with cleaning company, landlord)
Document shipments: arrange pick up, create documents + instruction for shipment, provide tracking details
Arrange repair and cleaning services for Lam office
Visitor entrance point of contact, update visitors list
General meeting organizational support
Administration support for account supervisors & manager
Finance support (check incoming invoices, support internal approval process and distribute appropriately, follow up on reminders)
Tracks upgrades shipping, lead time progression, etc
Updates Safety Folder - sends out reminders of due dates
May perform other related duties as assigned or requested,
Might back-up other Administrative assistant
Who we're looking for Qualified school certificates and/or related business administration, commercial or technical education.
2 - 3 years' experience in an administrative, secretarial - NCG can be considered.
Self motivated and able to effectively manage own workload
Able to work with initiative
Preferred qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and discretion
Proficient in computer usage, Microsoft Office apps
Knowledge of other software may be a plus (SAP, CRM..)
Good spoken and written Italian and English
