The Store Manager for our Boutique in Milan Corso Vercelli its a key position in the network. Connecting and engaging with the team and customers, ensuring that daily activities are managed excellently, and steering the shop and team’s performance towards success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the business with a strong understanding of performance drivers and commercial priorities.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise key performance indicators to ensure consistent results.
- Design and implement action plans to boost sales and overall business performance.
- Build long-term customer loyalty by delivering an excellent experience and developing strong client relationships.
- Ensure the correct execution of internal processes related to stock management,
cash handling, logistics and operational reporting in line with head office guidelines.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance at all levels.
People Management & Development
- Lead, motivate and develop the team through ongoing coaching and support.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to help the team achieve and exceed monthly objectives.
- Create a positive and collaborative work environment based on trust, respect and open communication.
- Identify potential, recruit new talent and contribute to the retention and development of high performers.
- Ensure that company standards, policies and procedures are clearly communicated and consistently applied.
- Manage team schedules, working hours and holiday planning with a structured and forward-thinking approach to ensure smooth operations throughout the year.
