In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SMEs clients across multiple industries within the Italian market, acting as their main point of contact.

Responsibilities

- Develop the relationship and grow the contract: manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy;
- Act as the main liaison between clients and Odoo’s internal Business Analysts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs and their translation into effective solutions.
- Increase customers’ adoption of Odoo by supporting existing
