# Experience & Strategy Design Senior Consultant - Milano 8 lug 2026 **UX/UI Senior Consultant – Milano** _All'interno del gruppo **Experience Strategy & Design** parteciperai a progetti relativi alla progettazione e sviluppo di **Customer Experiences** innovative, con realizzazione di nuovi servizi ed ecosistemi._ _Nell’ambito di tali progetti, sarai coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:_ * _User Research: sviluppo di benchmark, test di usabilità, analisi euristiche e interviste agli utenti, analisi behaviourals;_ * _Analisi e comprensione dei requisiti ed obiettivi di business per guidare la definizione degli user requirement, user stories;_ * _Progettazione architettura informativa, user flow, wireframe e prototipi interattivi;_ * _Organizzazione di workshop a supporto delle attività di co-design con gli utenti finali;_ * _Definizione UI KIT, Design System e aspetti Visual dell’esperienza digitale._ _Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:_ * _Background accademico in human-computer interaction, experience design o campi analoghi;_ * _Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come UX Designer e Interaction Designer in contesti strutturati, quali società di consulenza, agenzie e/o clienti finali;_ * _Solida esperienza nei processi e metodologie User Centered Design;_ * _Esperienza in progettazione su diverse piattaforme e app mobile_ * _Solide competenze di user research, content strategy, information architecture UX, ID, prototipazione, UX copy, responsive design, user testing, analisi funzionale_ * _Ottima conoscenza di strumenti di wireframing e prototipazione (es. Figma) e tool di visual collaboration (es, Mural...);_ * _Conoscenza ed esperienza in metodologie di lavoro Agile;_ * _Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese_ * _Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con particolare riferimento a Word, Excel e Powerpoint;_ * _Gradita la conoscenza delle linee guida di design per l’accessibilità;_ * _Gradita la condivisione del portfolio._ _Completano il profilo spiccate abilità di lavorare per obiettivi e forte attitudine al problem solving, ottime doti comunicative e relazionali, focus sul cliente, entusiasmo ed elevata motivazione alla crescita qualificato,

Per maggiori informazioni fare riferimento alla Privacy Policy di KPMG._ _KPMG Advisory S.p.A. garantisce le pari opportunità._ ### Senior UX/UI Consultant – Milan As part of the **Experience Strategy & Design** team, you will contribute to projects focused on the design and development of innovative **Customer Experiences**, creating new services and digital ecosystems. Within these projects, you will be involved in the following activities: * Conducting **User Research**, including benchmarking, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, user interviews, and behavioral analysis; * Analyzing and understanding business requirements and objectives to support the definition of user requirements and user stories; * Designing information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes; * Planning and facilitating workshops to support co-design activities with end users; * Defining UI Kits, Design Systems, and the visual aspects of digital experiences. ### What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have:



* An academic background in **Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Experience Design**, or a related field; * At least **3 years of experience** as a UX Designer and Interaction Designer in structured environments such as consulting firms, agencies, and/or end-client organizations; * Strong experience with **User-Centered Design (UCD)** processes and methodologies; * Experience designing for multiple platforms, including mobile applications; * Solid expertise in user research, content strategy, information architecture, UX and interaction design, prototyping, UX writing, responsive design, user testing, and functional analysis; * Excellent knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., **Figma**) and visual collaboration platforms (e.g., **Mural**); * Experience working within **Agile** methodologies and frameworks; * Good command of the **English language**; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly **Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**; * Knowledge of accessibility design guidelines is considered a plus; * Portfolio submission is highly appreciated. ### Personal Skills The ideal candidate demonstrates: * A strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * A customer-centric approach; * Enthusiasm and a strong motivation for professional growth; * A natural inclination toward teamwork and collaboration; * Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes. Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate’s skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.
