Present in Italy with 3 offices (Milan, Turin, and Rome) and over 1500 professionals, the group acts as a strategic partner for its clients' growth, offering a wide range of skills and integrated solutions in various areas of creativity, media, production, and business transformation. # Overview The Offline Media Planner will be part of the APX team and will be responsible for the offline planning (TV and radio) of media campaigns for assigned clients. They must have a deep knowledge of the main offline media planning tools (e.g., AdBox, Kubik, AQX, Arianna, MCSonline). Fixed-term contract: 1 year.
# Responsibilities * Loading and monitoring media plans using media tools like AdBox; * Managing the planning process from space optimization to post-campaign evaluation; * Sharing strategic and tactical objectives with the Client team; * Collaborating with the Buying team to define budget allocation; * Managing materials and administrative processes. # Qualifications * At least 1 year of experience in media planning (preferably in Media agencies); * Excellent knowledge of media planning tools (e.g., AdBox, Kubik, AQX, Arianna, MCSonline); * Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; * Excellent knowledge of English; * Passion, accuracy, precision, attention to detail; * Ability to work in a team; * Autonomy and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; * Proactivity. # Additional information **What we offer:** * **Learning & Development:** a tailor-made learning path, an individual and needs-based approach, always on! * **Corporate benefits:** a platform dedicated to our people, full of offers, discounts, and more. * **Corporate Wellness:** access to online training courses for your physical and psychological well-being. * **Work From Home:** 2 days a week.
