ERT1050 is located in Trentino, specifically in the Brentonico area. A company with approximately 10 hectares of vineyards. A new project of heroic viticulture, taking on a challenge of geographical and climatic position with the aim of producing high-mountain sparkling wines that can tell the story of everything the territory has to offer. "Ert" as in "erto" (steep) and "faticoso" (arduous), 1050 as in the altitude at which we are located. For the staff of the facility, we are looking for a: ### HOSPITALITY SPECIALIST **WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:** * Welcoming and assisting visitors, providing information about the winery and the wines produced; * Conducting guided tastings and cellar tours, showcasing the territory and the local winemaking tradition; * Supporting the organization of events and promotional activities in collaboration with the Marketing team; * Promoting and selling the winery's products, contributing to customer loyalty; * Ensuring a high-level hospitality experience, providing attentive and quality service. **WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:** * You have previous experience in the hospitality sector,



preferably in the wine industry; * You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * You have a strong passion for the world of wine and know tasting techniques (AIS, FISAR, or ONAV certifications will be a plus); * You are an organized, precise, and detail-oriented person; * You have flexible hours and availability to work on weekends and during special events; * You have excellent knowledge of the English language and good computer skills.
