**Job Posting Title** Controlling Analyst – Product Lines **The challenge** An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe. A true change agent who acts with integrity, collaborates across boundaries, adapts quickly, takes initiative and keeps users at the center — fostering an open, innovative, and high-performing environment. **What you will do** We are looking for a resource that support Product Line Finance Directors in daily operational and strategic activities, including: * Budget, forecast, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting in close coordination with the industrial as well as commercial controlling teams * Monthly accrual processing * Top line analysis by cluster, brand, product line * Analysis of divisional cost * Portfolio analysis to maximize profit * Product mix, Margin and profitability analysis * New product business cases and development * Transparency and timely communication with HQ **What you need to succeed** **Must have** * Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key business drivers *Education:* University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering. *Professional experience:* 2-3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;,
or a Finance function, with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes. *Language:* Fluent in Italian & English required; any additional foreign language would be considered a plus. *Soft skills* * Good interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Finance, Commercial, Industrial, and Operations teams. * Proactive and pragmatic * Continuous improvement mindset * Flexibility * Details orientation balanced with ability to prioritize * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. * Digital and simplification mindset *Technical Skills* * Proficiency of Excel, Access, SAP, HFM, Data Warehousing solutions, Oracle EPM Suite, and BI systems. **Employment Type:** Permanent Contract; Full-Time **National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL):** Metalmeccanici Privati **Minimum Gross Annual Salary:** € 32.000 **Benefits**: * Free Canteen * Lavoro da remoto The Company may offer a different compensation package than the one indicated above, based on objective criteria identified during the selection process (such as experience, skills or changes in the scope and responsibilities of the role).
