**Who are we looking for:** We are looking for a Product Owner with strong, hands-on functional analysis skills to join our Digital Customer Experience team and lead the evolution of our B2B eCommerce platform. **You will be responsible for:** * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives * Define and drive the product roadmap together with business stakeholders. This role also carries the product-management scope as there is no separate Product Manager for this platform * Lead product discovery with business stakeholders: analyse business needs, identify the problems worth solving and turn them into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional designs — owning the functional depth end-to-end * Work directly with the development team and tech lead as a peer, bringing business context and decision-making authority into the team rather than acting as an intermediary. * Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact and technical feasibility * Coordinate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives * Work closely with developers, architects, UX designers throughout the software development lifecycle * Support solution design and validate functional requirements during implementation * Own User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the go/no-go decision for each release; * Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation * Contribute to the evolution of an integrated omnichannel ecosystem serving B2B customers,
sales teams and customer care across multiple countries and brands **You are the person we are looking for if you have:** * At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role on complex digital products or CRM/B2B eCommerce platforms, with proven functional analysis expertise. Previous experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst is considered valuable when combined with product ownership responsibilities * Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in fast-paced Agile environments * Proven experience managing product backlogs, defining product priorities, writing user stories, and establishing acceptance criteria * Strong product mindset, with a focus on delivering business outcomes rather than outputs, including experience in product discovery and validating solutions with users and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and effective functional solutions * Customer-centric and data-driven approach * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Proven ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional teams and balance strategic thinking with operational execution * Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence * Fluent English, both written and spoken What we offer: * A working environment based on a solid corporate culture, where you can confront yourself with many professionals and enrich your skills * A Smart work mode that allows you to live your best work-life balance (3 days a week/free location) * National Collective Labour Agreement and Job Classification: Occhialeria – Impiegati * Salary: starting from 29.000€. The salary and job classification level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills, and seniority * Variable compensation: not provided * Company canteen, lavoro da remoto, performance bonus, health insurance as per collective agreement
