Specifically, when you join the **Customer & Operations Team** in **Rome**, you will also be part of the biggest revolution underway, rethinking the customer operating models. You will work on projects that combine **organizational design**, **process optimization**, and **digital transformation**, supporting leading companies in redefining their operating models and governance structures. Your role will be key in enabling clients to achieve efficiency, resilience, and innovation. Specifically, you will be tasked with: * **Mapping and re-engineering** business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and digital solutions * **Organizational analysis and design**, supporting the definition of structures, sizing, roles, and responsibilities * **Project and Change Management**, assisting in planning, monitoring, and managing transformation programs * **Target Operating Model design**,

with a gross annual salary of €29,000.
