In this role you will oversee clinical trial activities to ensure protocol alignment, regulatory compliance, and data integrity. You will monitor sites, conduct visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support timely data collection and trial execution. You will train site staff, build strong relationships, and drive high standards of trial conduct. Responsabilità
- Monitor trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and support trial execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to site staff and other CRAs to maintain high trial conduct standards
- Cultivate relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to facilitate smooth trial operations
Requisiti fondamentali
- Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with strong regulatory knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management
- Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time and possession of a valid driver’s license
