**Abstract** Management of technical and administrative practices in the quality and safety field for plant management contracts, preparation of practices related to legal verifications (INAIL, VVF and conformity, legal verifications on electrical systems, grounding, atmospheric discharges and lifting), database updates and archiving of documentation related to thermal and electrical systems. **Description** The person will be integrated into Iren Smart Solutions, a company of the Iren Group active in integrated energy efficiency solutions for condominiums, businesses, public administration, non-profit and welfare organizations, certified E.S.Co. and also active in the design, construction and management of integrated heating, air conditioning and cogeneration systems for public and private clients,
in the role of a technical back office employee. Required qualifications include a technical diploma, previous work experience in a similar role in technical or administrative offices dedicated to the management of technological systems, knowledge of the main regulations regarding fire safety (CPI), INAIL, 37/08 on air conditioning, electrical and special systems, lifting systems, knowledge and ability to use CIVA and PRINCE platforms, knowledge of the main Office Package applications, and a category B driving license. Enrollment in the professional order related to the degree obtained (surveyors' association, industrial experts' register) will be a preferential requirement.
