That’s our promise to such a candidate. ### Responsibilities * **Understand.** Build a deep understanding of your product, its users, business model, competitive landscape, and economics. Develop a 360° view of the business and the key drivers of growth and performance. * **Investigate.** Use AI, data, user research, market signals, and first-principles reasoning to diagnose business challenges, uncover unmet user needs, and identify opportunities for growth, product development, and operational improvement.
* **Ideate.** Turn insights into concrete opportunities and hypotheses for testing. Explore new products features, growth initiatives, monetization opportunities, and improvements to how the business operates, prioritizing those with the greatest potential impact. * **Execute.** Turn ideas into impactful features. Prioritize ruthlessly, using data to focus on what truly moves the needle. Own the development process end-to-end, coordinating designers, engineers, and other teammates to build solutions that address users’ most important needs. * **Iterate.** Turn the most promising opportunities into action. Build the business case, define success metrics, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams to bring initiatives to life. * **Optimize.** Use A/B tests, business and product metrics, and ongoing analysis to understand what works and what doesn’t. Scale successful initiatives, improve existing ones, and use each result to inform the next cycle of discovery and execution. ### Requirements * **Reasoning ability** Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems.
