- Supports the R&D; Manager in the preparation and development of the R&D; plan. - Performs electric and magnetic field advanced analysis - Performs basics thermal analysis - Participates in the development of new product and technology introduction and projects gate reviews - Contributes to development of technical standards for engineering and manufacturing procedures for production. - Participates in the International R&D; Team on specific projects and to International standard committees. - Supports the project of cost and Quality root cause analysis. - Uses some judgement and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions
