ppD-Orbit is looking for a bProject Manager /bto join ourb In-Orbit Services /bteam, based in bLomazzo (CO) /b. /p pIn this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to achieve agreed objectives within scope, time, budget, and quality standards. /p pYou will work closely with internal teams and external subcontractors and contribute to ensuring alignment, compliance, and value delivery to clients and stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. /liliDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. /liliSecure approvals and resources for project initiation and execution. /liliMonitor progress against milestones, adjusting plans as needed. /liliEnsure deliverables meet quality, technical, and contractual standards. /liliTrack and control project budgets, costs, and forecasts, including subcontractor-related expenses. /liliOptimize resource allocation (internal and external) to maximize efficiency and profitability. /liliMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including subcontractor agreements, change logs, and governance records. /liliCapture lessons learned and drive process improvements for future projects. /liliFoster a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability and results across all teams (internal and subcontracted). /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field /liliMinimum 2-3 years of experience in project management /liliTrack record in managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. /liliProven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards /liliRisk issue management – strong skills in anticipating and mitigating risks. /liliFinancial commercial acumen – budgeting, cost control, contract management. /liliStakeholder management – negotiation, influencing, and client relationship-building. /liliCommunication reporting – clear, structured, and persuasive at all levels. /liliProblem-solving decision-making – handling complexity and ambiguity effectively. /liliTechnical awareness – understanding of engineering requirements /liliDeep knowledge of AI tools. /li /ul pWe offer a base salary range of €38,000–€48,000 gross per year for this role, depending on experience and location,
plus a performance-based variable component.
