pAs the Program Owner with European scope, you will lead a core initiative to enhance Last Mile delivery capabilities, directly contributing how JD Logistics delivers parcels to customers across Europe. Your focus will be on: /ppb1.Process Optimization and Standards Implementation /b /pulliDesign and deploy scalable frameworks and standardized operating procedures applicable across all EU operating countries, ensuring seamless program expansion aligned with strategic business objectives. /liliDrive process improvements across several operational domains including performance management, demand planning or fleet damage and repair management. /li /ulpb2.Strategic Program Enhancement /b /pulliLead the development and execution of program enhancements such as capacity planning or design of the Last Mile Delivery infrastructure.
/li /ulpb3.Performance Monitoring Operational Excellence /b /pulliAnalyze and monitor delivery performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with local operations teams throughout Europe. /li /ulpb4.Cross-Functional Collaboration Innovation /b /pulliOrchestrate cross-functional alignments with key stakeholders, including Procurement and Local Operations to drive the implementation of solutions that resolve relevant Last Mile Delivery challenges. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliLanguage Requirements: Fluent spoken and written in English /liliMore than 5+ years of professional experience in respective field /liliEducation: Bachelor's degree or higher /liliExperience in last mile delivery sector, fleet management /liliProficient in Office software and strong data analysis skills /liliPossess a strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, logical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities; ideally in a multi-cultural environment /li /ul
