Overview

In this role you drive growth for WTW’s Rewards Data Intelligence Practice by expanding our B2B client base and cross-selling remuneration data, software, and data-driven solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, deliver high-quality consulting support, and collaborate with European colleagues on international assignments. You will roll out industry-specific surveys and deliver benchmark insights that shape clients’ rewards practices. This is a fast-paced, client-facing opportunity in a diverse, performance-focused environment with a clear impact on business value.

Responsabilità

- Develop trusted client relationships through quality consulting and service delivery
- Roll out industry-specific compensation surveys to advise on rewards and HR challenges




- Support new business development by increasing product awareness and cross-selling
- Provide and sell up-to-date insights and benchmark reports
- Build strong internal collaborations with European colleagues
- Coach team members to foster capability development

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of relevant experience in compensation or HR consultancy
- Interest in consulting and working with multiple global clients in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in Compensation & Benefits
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, able to work independently and in a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail
- Fluency in English
