Overview

In this role you drive site enrollment and engagement for clinical trials by partnering with research sites and stakeholders. You will educate healthcare professionals, build strong relationships, and optimize recruitment strategies and study-related training. You’ll manage cross-functional coordination, track performance, and organize events to enhance program delivery. This role supports IQVIA’s mission to accelerate development and improve patient outcomes by ensuring effective trial execution. You will impact trial progress by turning insights into actionable site-level improvements.

Responsabilità

- Develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment and support training
- Educate healthcare professionals and staff on study protocols
- Partner with referral networks to identify potential subjects
- Maintain and analyze customer records to tailor pre-screening and enrollment strategies
- Complete internal electronic reporting systems and organize group events
- Manage objections from sites or stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialty and disease areas




- Collaborate across functions to execute tasks with minimal oversight

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or related field; equivalent qualifications
- Clinical research site experience
- Nurse or other healthcare professional preferred
- CRA experience preferred
- High flexibility to travel (internationally if needed)
- Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic area
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communications in English
- Ability to coordinate across multiple functions
