As Team Manager, you spearhead a high-performing team and champion the brand’s values to elevate client experiences. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, building succession plans while nurturing long-term client relationships. Your role balances sales leadership with craftsmanship storytelling, ensuring exceptional service and product expertise. You work closely with cross-functional partners to boost business and uphold the Maison’s standards. This role offers impact through people development, client-centric service, and brand stewardship.

Responsabilità

- Achieve monthly and annual team objectives
- Lead, coach and develop the team with tailored development plans
- Recruit, develop talents and secure succession in collaboration with Store Manager
- Set and monitor individual and team goals, assess performance
- Motivate the team to drive business and maintain a harmonious work environment
- Foster product expertise and craftsmanship representation by the team
- Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to deliver exceptional service




- Drive business through floor management, visual merchandising, training and team animation
- Lead by example with a refined, consultative sales approach
- Ensure policy and operational standards are followed
- Manage personal client portfolio alongside team responsibilities

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury sales
- Excellent client development and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and performance management abilities
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and empathy
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Passion for artisanal craftsmanship and heritage storytelling
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
