Adecco Consultant Milano , on behalf of a company specialized in managing customer care services for leading international brands, is looking for a Customer Care Specialist . The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company. Manage customer requests through multiple channels, including email, phone and chat

- Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction
- Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French, German
- Italian is not required
- Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach




- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively
