Transformation & Change Management Consultant – SAP S/4HANA

We are looking for an experienced Transformation &

- Change Management Consultant to support an international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme for our customer’s branch located in Germany.

Key skill requirements

- SAP S/4HANA &
- Business Processes: proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, with solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and, preferably, Procurement

- Transformation &

- Change Management: experience in Change Impact Analysis, stakeholder engagement and management of transformation impacts across Business, IT and integrated application ecosystems

- Consulting &

- Governance: strong communication and synthesis skills, structured approach, ability to interact with Business and IT stakeholders, and excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for governance, reporting and action tracking

Role overview

- Act as Business &
- IT Focal Point for the assigned functional area, facilitating interaction between Business, internal IT and the System Integrator, managing requests, alignment and escalations

- Lead Change Impact Management (CIA): identify, assess and validate operational impacts emerging from SAP S/4HANA design activities, engaging Business stakeholders and Key Users and coordinating follow-up actions

- Support Governance &

- Transformation: prepare governance and progress reporting (management decks, dashboards, action lists), support Communication &




- Organisation teams and ensure alignment across the wider transformation programme

Main activities

- Act as focal point for the assigned functional area, facilitating Business, IT and System Integrator interaction, ensuring alignment, supporting operational activities and managing escalations

- Identify, assess and validate change impacts arising from design activities and related projects, coordinating with Business stakeholders, Key Users and System Integrator to define and drive appropriate change actions

- Support transformation governance and change management, coordinating with Communication &
- Organisation teams and preparing management reporting, dashboards and progress updates

Experience required: At least 5 years in similar roles.

Project language: Fluent English (German is a nice-to-have).

Workplace: Remote, with business trips to Germany every 3-4 weeks.

We are looking for VAT-registered professionals (Partita IVA) available to collaborate, with a daily rate between € 300 and € 350.
