The goal is to implement models that can improve business performance in alignment with business strategies /liliSupporting organizational redesign and process re-engineering initiatives through change management pathways, providing levers to address change and unlocking its full potential to be an integral part of the business transformation /liliEvaluating the impacts and expected benefits of implemented initiatives, monitoring pre- and post-transformative performance, and initiating targeted plans to close identified gaps /li /ulh3Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics /h3ulliA master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering /lili2 to 3 years of experience in business transformation, process optimization or organizational redesign projects,
