YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards
- Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime
- Deal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) in order to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyze problems and facilitate the conduction of machines
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity
- Track and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations
- Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling interdepartmental communication and collaborate with HR to manage disciplinary actions and resolve operational conflicts
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management)
- 1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership
