And if that's you we would love to have you join us! /p h3Job Description /h3 pAs Industrialization Engineer you will report to Production Engineering Analyst Team Leader /p h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul liUnder general direction, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. /li liWork with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability. /li liDevelop and processes associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and initiate execution of prototype and pilot activities. /li liWork on issues of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors. /li liMay lead small special project teams within or external to the Industrialization group. /li liYou will understand PCB assembly and manufacturing processes and constraints. /li liYou will have understanding of design for manufacturing and design for compliance methodologies associated with printed circuit board assembly. /li liYou will be proficient in IPC-A-610 and soldering processes. /li liYou will also be knowledgeable about coatings, underfill,
