Inxpect radar products are used for safety and anti-collision applications covering a wide variety of industries. Coordinating with the Chief Sales Officer and supporting the Inxpect Sales Subsidiary (Wisconsin) in managing and growing the Americas market, your responsibilities are going to be: Growing sales through existing direct customer accounts while also developing new ones. Becoming a sales and technical leader regarding machine safety for distributors and direct customers, providing commercial training as needed.
Managing
Inxpect’s participation in Trade Fairs in the Americas.
Requirements: At least three years experience as Sales Manager in industrial automation manufacturing companies or in industrial systems integration companies in the Americas.
Experience in the United States market will be preferred. B.Sc. or equivalent degree Comfortable working directly with customers and distributors Willingness to travel (at least 1 week per month) Good written and spoken communication skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented Team player Fluent in English (written and verbal) What we offer: Training with professional support Dynamic and performance-oriented environment Great company culture Company with high potential to become the market leader for innovative industrial sensors in safety technology Contract: ~ Permanent contract ~ Gross annual salary between 40K€ and 60K€ (salary and contractual arrangements are commensurate with actual autonomy and experience in the role, as verified during the interview) ~ Variable bonuses upon achievement of objectives ~“Metalmeccanico industria” national contract ~ Welfare as per national contract Office location : Brescia, Italy.
