pstrongSenior BMS Engineer – Data Centre Project /strong /ppstrongMilan, Italy /strong /ppstrong€60,000–€75,000 per annum + generous benefits /strong /ppstrongPermanent, Tempo pieno /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongExciting Opportunity in Milan: /strong /ppAre you an experienced strongBMS Engineer /strong looking for your next major project? /ppWe are currently seeking a strongSenior BMS Engineer /strong to join a major strongdata centre project in Milan /strong, taking ownership of BMS engineering and design activities from development through to testing, commissioning and final handover. /ppbr / /ppThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong BMS professional who enjoys working on complex projects, coordinating specialist subcontractors and delivering high-quality engineering solutions within a demanding critical infrastructure environment. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /ppYou will be responsible for: /pulliTaking ownership of strongTier 2 engineering and design submittals /strong /liliReviewing I/O and data point schedules, equipment schedules and schematics /liliCoordinating device and wiring layouts, panel designs and interlocks /liliDeveloping and reviewing functional specifications /liliManaging BMS subcontractor activities and monitoring engineering progress /liliCoordinating BMS works with mechanical, electrical and other project disciplines /liliSupporting design reviews, engineering changes and technical documentation /liliParticipating in strongW1,
W2 and W3 site walkdowns /strong /liliIdentifying technical issues and driving them through to resolution /liliSupporting off-site testing, witness testing, commissioning and validation /liliEnsuring BMS systems are fully tested and ready for client handover /liliCoordinating OM manuals, record drawings and close-out documentation /liliSupporting final handover and ensuring all technical requirements are completed /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongAbout You: /strong /ppWe#39;re looking for an experienced BMS professional with: /pulliSignificant strongBMS engineering and controls experience /strong /liliExperience working on strongdata centres, pharmaceutical, high-tech, critical infrastructure or similarly complex projects /strong /liliStrong understanding of BMS design, controls, instrumentation and system integration /liliExperience producing and reviewing technical engineering submittals /liliStrong knowledge of I/O schedules, equipment schedules, schematics and wiring layouts /liliExperience developing or interpreting functional specifications /liliPrevious experience managing BMS subcontractors or specialist engineering teams /liliExperience with testing,
