Role : Talent Operations Manager (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Talent Operations Manager to work on a full-time basis. This role focuses on optimizing talent acquisition processes and enhancing operational efficiency across global teams. The position requires managing workflows to support scalable hiring initiatives and improving candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable talent operations frameworks to streamline recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine hiring strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Oversee the implementation of applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies to enhance data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation for talent operations policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience managing talent operations or HR technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and drive process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to align hiring strategies.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to talent acquisition and data privacy regulations.
