Overview
As Talent Development Manager, you design and drive a global talent development strategy that supports Technogym’s people and business goals. You build and deliver development programs, assess needs, and oversee the annual performance appraisal rollout to ensure a strong leadership pipeline. You partner with senior leadership to measure impact and optimize progress, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
This role offers meaningful impact by shaping talent initiatives across the organization and enabling growth at scale.
Responsabilità
- Design and implement a global talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and learning initiatives across platforms
- Report to senior leadership on progress and impact of development programs
- Lead the annual performance appraisal rollout and global calibration process
- Evaluate effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make data-driven improvements
- Manage relationships with external training vendors and negotiate contracts
- Design development plans and career paths at HQ and coordinate international projects
- Lead Talent Management projects:
performance management, assessments, development programs and succession planning
- Manage induction for HQ & Global Executive positions
- Oversee full talent management cycle including succession planning for critical roles
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees for growth and career development
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to create career pathways and internal mobility
- Lead global succession planning process
- Monitor and improve KPIs for effectiveness, timing and budget
Requisiti fondamentali
- +10 years’ experience in HR
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement training programs
- Experience with training, performance and succession processes with global scope
- Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring techniques
- Effective planning and management skills
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good logic and reasoning skills
- Experience with performance, succession and the LMS module in SAP SuccessFactors
- Mandatory C2 Level of Italian and English
