That’s our promise to such a candidate. ### Responsibilities * **Identify high-potential leads.** Leverage research and the latest AI tools to pinpoint the companies worth pursuing,
then get them on the phone through high-volume cold calls and outreach. * **Turn first contact into qualified pipeline.** Chase prospects relentlessly and single out opportunities for the sales team to pursue. Keep an up-to-date record of every lead and interaction. * **Learn the industry inside and out.** Understand the incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers of your industry. Then use that edge to open doors. * **Follow the data.** Keep a close eye on performance metrics to gauge impact and zero in on the highest-value actions and opportunities. ### Requirements * **Reasoning ability** Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems. You think from first principles, and structure your ideas sharply. You resist the influence of biases. You identify and take care of the details that matter. * **Drive** You’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition.
