* **Managing** customer inquiries across the full **Inquiry-to-Order (ITO)** process, from technical definition to costing and price generation. * **Supporting** Sales Managers with technical input and commercial coordination for customer proposals. * **Defining** technical solutions that meet customer specifications, in collaboration with Tendering teams when needed. * **Establishing** product costing and lead times with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Tendering stakeholders. * **Ensuring** accurate tracking of technical specifications and costing data to support contract execution. * **Contributing** to a strong handover into the **OTR** phase to enable successful product customization and implementation. * **Resolving** technical and commercial support issues using sound judgment and escalating complex matters where required.
