Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. ### Job Description Job Ref ID: JR0085084 **DISCLAIMER** Only CVs in English will be considered. **YOUR MISSION** Build and develop the most talented AM team to win the market in Padova, Verona and Bologna **THE JOURNEY** * Have full responsibility and own 360º the business of Top Partners in the Area. * Lead a team of 5 talented people to greatness. * Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the Area in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement and Operations. * Monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs to track progress towards defined targets and find ways to improve the service. * Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city. * Stay up to date with market and competitive developments. * Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude. * Contribute actively to the teams’ development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference * Generate best practices and processes which can be replicated across all areas * Lead by example in accordance to our values and set high standards for the team ### Qualifications **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE** * You have a solid experience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies) * Relevant experience [+2y] leading cross functional teams with 5+ people * A data-driven mentality,
taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary * You're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform. * You've got a good judgment and assertiveness and own up to your mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach. * You're extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding on new topics. * You find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking. * You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments * You are always respectful, kind and fair. All of your current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader * You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy because you are ahead of the edge while inspiring the vast majority. * You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, objective and deadline oriented with a hands-on spirit. * Excellent English and Italian. This is the initial hiring range for this role and level.
