In this role, you will coordinate development production across frontend and backend sites, ensuring on-time availability of wafers and samples for critical programs while driving process consistency and data quality.
Coordinate end-to-end development sample builds from work order release to shipment across global backend sites
Serve as the interface between development teams and production facilities, aligning priorities and resolving constraints
Create and maintain master data and logistics structures for new products using company planning tools and collaboration with site and project teams
Create and optimize timelines, scenarios, and material-run plans for sample production,
ensuring strong schedule adherence and executing sample forecast planning
Work in virtual cross-functional teams as the main interface among stakeholders at worldwide manufacturing sites, development and project teams, and quality management
Improve consistency and traceability across tools with better integration and standardized workflows, leveraging agentic AI to automate decision-making and optimize pipeline performance
Please note that we offer a permanent external contract (staff leasing / “somministrazione a tempo indeterminato”) with potential future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.
