I’m supporting a global life sciences health innovation and consulting organisation in hiring a Strategist to help shape, launch, and scale innovative and digital health solutions for major pharmaceutical clients across Europe. This is a hands‑on, strategy‑led role sitting at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and execution. Exposure to high‑profile pharma clients and senior stakeholders The opportunity to work on cutting‑edge digital and health innovations (digital therapeutics, companions, AI, connected care) The chance to help build and shape a growing Health Innovation capability Define and deliver go‑to‑market and commercialization strategies for health and digital health innovations Support projects across the full lifecycle: idea → launch → scale PowerPoint narratives) and support execution Collaborate across strategy, account, data, technology, medical, and commercial teams Strong experience launching health or digital health innovations within pharma or healthcare Proven strategy and commercialization experience (consulting, agency, or in‑house) Confidence managing client relationships and leading pitches Fluent English (Italian and/or German a plus)
