Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the research and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a Strategic Engagement Lead for an innovative and rapidly growing international technology company operating in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Position
We are seeking a Strategic Engagement Lead to drive the successful design, deployment and value realization of enterprise AI initiatives across complex organizations. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, business transformation and technology, partnering directly with clients to translate business priorities into impactful AI-driven solutions. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor throughout the deployment lifecycle, helping organizations move from strategic objectives to measurable business outcomes.
He/she will be responsible for the following activities:
- Lead client-facing engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, operational challenges and transformation objectives;
- facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and strategic discussions to identify high-value AI opportunities;
- translate customer needs into clearly defined AI use cases, deployment priorities and actionable roadmaps;
- evaluate initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, organizational readiness and implementation complexity;
- define and monitor KPIs to measure deployment success and value realization;
- develop analyses, recommendations and executive presentations to support decision-making processes;
- structure ambiguous business challenges into actionable solutions and implementation plans;
- collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure strategic objectives are successfully translated into deployed AI solutions;
- support stakeholder alignment, change management and adoption activities across customer organizations;
- contribute to the continuous improvement of deployment methodologies and provide valuable market insights to internal product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience within management consulting, strategy, business transformation, enterprise technology implementation or similar client-facing environments;
- proven experience working directly with senior stakeholders in complex corporate organizations;
- strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to structure complex and ambiguous business challenges;
- experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technical teams;
- exposure to Finance, Tax, Risk, Governance, Compliance, Operations or other enterprise functions is considered a plus;
- interest in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and technology-driven business innovation;
- strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills;
- ability to facilitate workshops and engage confidently with executive-level audiences;
- excellent command of English is mandatory;
- willingness to travel for customer engagements, workshops and deployment activities;
- entrepreneurial mindset, ownership attitude and comfort working in a fast-growing international environment.

Compensation Package
- RAL range: € 60.000 - 80.000
