Overview
As Business Unit Manager for Dell Technologies, you drive the growth strategy and P&L; for the Dell business in Italy. You lead cross-functional teams to accelerate market expansion, strengthen Dell partnerships, and deliver revenue and profitability targets. You work closely with Dell stakeholders and internal functions to shape GTM plans and opportunities across the Italian channel. This role offers high impact in a fast-paced, global tech distributor environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilità
- Define and execute the Dell Technologies business strategy to hit revenue, profitability, and market share goals
- Own the BU P&L; including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Build executive-level relationships with Dell Technologies to drive joint initiatives
- Develop and implement go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing, Presales,
Finance, and Operations
- Identify new opportunities and market trends to grow Dell's footprint in Italy
- Lead partner development initiatives with resellers and system integrators
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reviews to ensure targets
- Oversee vendor-funded programs, rebates, incentives, and marketing investments
- Coach and develop the Dell BU team to sustain high performance and customer focus
- Serve as primary business owner for Dell Technologies in Italy
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in BU Management, Vendor Management, Sales Leadership, Channel Management, or Business Development in IT
