Overview
In this role, you lead and develop a regional field team (Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists) to drive THV therapy growth. You partner with cross-functional stakeholders to advance sales, marketing and education initiatives within Italy, ensuring strong clinical adoption and customer relationships. You will shape territory plans, support complex sales, and develop talent in a fast-paced environment. You contribute to Edwards’ mission of transforming patient care through innovative THV solutions.

Responsabilità
- Coach, manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets across assigned territories
- Foster a culture of learning, empowerment and professional development
- Coordinate with external agents when applicable to support field activities
- Promote and sell the product portfolio while building relationships with key decision makers
- Support territory/account planning and execution in both short- and long-term horizons
- Plan and support therapy development activities to boost therapy penetration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, Bids & Tenders, pricing, marketing, HR)
- Support local marketing activities to reinforce Edwards leadership and correct therapy adoption
- Engage in ongoing field support and incidental duties as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in economics or engineering (or related field)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience with a strong growth track record
- At least 5 years' experience in sales leadership and managing high-performing teams
- Proven experience in managing a sales team and working with agents is a plus
- Extensive medical devices industry experience
- Knowledge of interventional cardiology is an asset
- Fluency in Italian and professional English
