Full Stack Engineer
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and evolve the products used every day by thousands of clinics and millions of patients. You’ll own product features end-to-end, from backend logic to the interface the user actually touches.
Our frontend is built in React and TypeScript; our backend runs in PHP today and is evolving toward a modern, microservices-based architecture, with AI at the core of how we build. You’ll start by delivering features on our existing product, get a deep understanding of it, and help shape where our stack goes next.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain product features end-to-end, across frontend and backend.
- Deliver features on our current PHP backend and contribute to its evolution toward a modern, microservices-based architecture.
- Build user-facing interfaces in React and TypeScript.
- Write clean, well-tested code (unit, integration, end-to-end) and take part in code reviews.
- Make the most of modern AI tooling in your day-to-day development.
