Overview
In this role you drive WRTW merchandising strategy and performance within Gucci’s luxury fashion house. You will monitor market trends, coordinate master orders, and optimize inventory to maximize sales across regions. You’ll translate HQ messages into regional actions and lead merchandising efforts to meet ambitious business goals. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and high-impact product planning in a global scale.

Responsabilità
- Market intelligence: consolidate regional and channel inputs on trends and product needs
- Buying activities: analyze data to define Master Orders and align with seasonal messaging
- Collaboration with planning: define open-to-buy and regional distribution
- Inventory optimization: monitor stock levels and actions for reorders/cancellations
- Sales activities:
gather product feedback and perform qualitative market analyses
- Demand planning support: assist with orders for continuous items
- Team leadership: serve as a reference for regional merchandising teams and translate HQ messages
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 7 years of experience in a similar role in luxury/fashion
- Strong product sensitivity and passion for WRTW categories
- Experience in large volume distribution
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Educational background preferably in business management or similar
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for exceeding corporate goals and driving business results
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of current market and consumer trends
