Overview
In this role you contribute to the Performance Management & Reporting team, ensuring settlement data is accurate and consistent. You collaborate across functions to promote transparency and reliable information for decision-making. You will analyze discrepancies, manage tariff charges in invoicing, and support data quality for billing and master data. You will drive continuous improvement and digitalization within an energy utility context, helping shape efficient settlement processes. This is an opportunity to impact how data informs energy operations and business outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Discrepancy analysis: align inbound/outbound cycles and drive corrective actions using data-driven methods
- Data quality: monitor and update billing, commercial master data, and RCU for reliability
- Tariff charges management: ensure correct tariff allocation in billing system
- High-consumption gas points:



identify and manage points outside TIF scope for rapid decisions
- Inter-system alignment: verify data consistency across departments and systems

Requisiti fondamentali
- Energy & utilities knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Business acumen within regulated environment (ARERA)
- Ability to synthesize complex information for stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); SQL or other programming languages a plus
