Overview
In this role you will support purchasing across departments, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with brand standards. You work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B; leadership to source on-brand food and beverage needs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate financial records. You will drive accuracy in invoicing, cost reporting, and end-to-end procurement processes to protect profitability. Your contributions help sustain quality, sanitation, and timely delivery of goods in a high-volume hospitality environment. This role offers the chance to influence procurement strategy within EDITION’s distinctive luxury hospitality brand.

Responsabilità
- Manage purchasing processes across departments and support budget control
- Coordinate with kitchen, management, and vendors to align delivery timings with production needs
- Verify invoices against deliveries and maintain inventory controls
- Maintain sanitation, safety standards,



and asset security in storerooms
- Assist Executive Chef with purchasing (food, beverage, controllable costs) to ensure quality and profitability
- Perform period-end inventories and cost calculations for food and beverage
- Prepare and provide reports and analyses to support decision making
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, brand SOPs, and financial policies
- Post invoices, update costs, and manage record-keeping for financial resources

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Finance and Accounting
- or minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing or a related field
