Overview
In this role you will manage key Italian retailers, driving revenue and coordinating marketing activities, product launches and promotions to achieve sales objectives. You will work with the Sales Director, Italy and cross-functional teams to execute the global commercial strategy and grow the retailer portfolio. You will leverage market insights and POS data to identify opportunities and secure promotional activity within budget. This position offers exposure to strategic account planning and cross-channel collaboration in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.

Responsabilità
- Manage a portfolio of key Italian retailers across all channels; meet revenue targets
- Develop and implement account plans with gap analysis
- Forecast inventory and maintain recurring revenue
- Build strong relationships with senior buyers in Toys, Culture, and Softlines




- Negotiate annual commercial terms aligned with EMEA parameters
- Utilize Funko POS data to drive growth opportunities
- Coordinate with Marketing on retailer-level activities and events
- Support national events, trade shows, and product launches
- Drive execution of commercial strategies and support the wider sales team
- Collaborate with Sales Director, Italy and cross-functional teams to align and execute account plans
- Share customer insights, forecasts, and promotional plans; manage risk/opportunity communication
- Ensure stock availability and timely action on agreed initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven National account management experience in FMCG/Toy/Entertainment
- Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Experience leading strategic discussions at senior level
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel
