Responsabilità
- Develops program marketing plan with strategies, objectives, tactics and budget
- Conducts market analyses to understand health care financing, organization, systems and care standards for plan support
- Initiates market research on economics of care delivery
- Establishes and executes promotional strategies to support the marketing plan
- Develops and maintains relationships with health system customers to understand needs
- Collaborates with internal business unit, marketing and sales to develop and execute the plan
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree with proven marketing leadership in the medical device or healthcare sector
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and deep understanding of the Western European market landscape, especially cardiology and CRM
- Experience in product launches and developing value propositions for AI-driven healthcare technologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organization
- Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive alignment across multiple countries and functions with empathy and efficiency
- Strategic thinking with track record of long-term marketing planning and execution of tactical campaigns
- Experience with digital marketing, channel strategy, and sales team collaboration
