Purolite, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our amazing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for existing account management and executing new business development goals related to their geographical territory and/ or assigned accounts. Support, Maintain and improve our existing customer relationships.
Provide and maintain Zoho CRM data related to existing and new customer prospects. Generate professional quotes with supporting documentation in line with the company’s Products, goals, and initiatives. Negotiate commercial terms -that facilitate the best outcome for the business.
Receive purchase orders and facilitate a clean hand off to customer service for order entry. Help communicate with customers during the order execution process. Continuously follow up with customers to understand their current and future ion exchange needs.
Understand the technical details involved with selling ion exchange resins and absorbents. Understand markets that use ion exchange and future trends. Meet or exceed goals as defined by the business Provide technical assistance to existing and future customers Attend and promote trade shows assigned by marketing Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field ~10 years of experience in Ion Exchange industry ~ Proven sales and negotiation skills ~ Demonstrated ability to articulate key aspects of product lines and services ~ Communicate well leveraging various technologies and across high level of customer interactions ~ Valid license with good driving record ~ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science,
or related field ~5 years of experience in Ion Exchange industry ~ Proven sales and negotiation skills ~ Demonstrated ability to articulate key aspects of product lines and services ~ Communicate well leveraging various technologies and across high level of customer interactions ~ Valid license with good driving record ~ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field ~3 years of experience in ion exchange related field ~ Proven sales and negotiation skills ~ Demonstrated ability to articulate key aspects of product lines and services ~ Communicate well leveraging various technologies and across high level of customer interactions ~ Valid license with good driving record ~ Master’s degree or higher.
Experience in relationship management and negotiation. Proven ability to mentor less experienced sales associates Comprehensive understanding of water treatment processes and equipment (subject matter expertise) Experience in relationship management and negotiation.
