Etjca Group, on behalf of a prestigious company, a leader in Italy in the security sector and the second-largest private operator in Europe, is looking for **Private Security Guards** to be placed at its **Crema** office and province. The company represents one of the main realities in the private security sector in Italy and offers a structured, dynamic environment oriented towards professional growth. ### What you will do Joining the operational team, you will have the opportunity to carry out activities in various contexts, including: * Zone surveillance services; * Presidium services; * Operations center activities; * Security services in the railway sector; * Security services in the airport sector; * Security services in the port sector. ### Required qualifications We are looking for reliable, responsible, and service-oriented people, with an interest in the security sector and attention to customer needs. **Required:** * Citizenship of a European Union Country; * Availability to work shifts, including nights, from Monday to Sunday; * Driving license B; * Availability to obtain prefectural titles, if not already in possession; * Availability to obtain a gun license, if not already in possession, and for the detention of the service weapon.
**Preferential qualifications:** * Being self-driving; * Good familiarity with the main IT tools; * Already being in possession of Private Security Guard titles and/or a gun license. ### We offer * Direct employment with the company with a full-time contract; * Placement at the 4th, 5th, or 6th level of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Private Security, based on experience and qualifications possessed; * Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between €18,100 and €22,400; * Restaurant Tickets; * Company welfare plan; * Training path and concrete professional growth opportunities within a solid and continuously expanding company.
