Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join.
The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 31.000 to 65.000. Previous experience in developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG and LLM Reasoning as well as in designing enterprise solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures will be considered a strong asset.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related fieldSoftware Development.
Experience in backend software development using languages such as Java and/or Python, with familiarity with modern development ecosystems.Distributed Architectures & Systems. Knowledge of microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.Cloud & DevOps. Familiarity with containerization (Docker), container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Collaboration & Communication.
