We’re looking for a passionate Software Engineer to help us enhance VI-WorldSim, our cutting-edge traffic management simulation platform. In this role, you’ll work on innovative solutions that drive realistic agent behavior and improve mobility systems worldwide.

"What You Bring"
- Strong skills in C++ and Python programming.
- Experience with sensor physics.
- Familiarity with game development technologies, especially Unreal Engine.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks for complex software systems.
- Knowledge of test generation techniques, including scenario-based, data-driven, and model-based testing approaches.
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles, including verification, validation,
traceability, and defect management.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous testing practices.
- Ability to analyze requirements and define comprehensive test strategies for simulation and sensor models.
- Familiarity with software quality standards, coding best practices, and test coverage metrics.
- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
"What You'll Do"
- Develop cutting-edge real-time virtual sensor models.
- Integrate reference open standards.
- Interact with technical partners.
- Validate simulation results against experimental data.
- Design and maintain automated testing pipelines for sensor models and simulation environments.
- Develop test generation methodologies to ensure broad scenario coverage and robust validation.
- Define, execute, and continuously improve software quality assurance processes.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, support root-cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Contribute to continuous integration and release quality activities.
Additional Premio Points
- Previous experience in sensor simulation.
- Knowledge of reference open standards like OSI and ASAM OpenMATERIAL 3D.
- Experience with automated software testing, simulation verification, or virtual validation frameworks.
- Knowledge of model-based testing, scenario generation, or test orchestration in autonomous driving environments.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies such as risk-based testing, regression testing, and requirements-based verification.
