Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Software Engineer, New Grad (Zara) to work on a full-time basis. The role involves developing scalable backend systems, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. You will contribute to mission-critical infrastructure supporting real-time user experiences across global platforms.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in distributed systems. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and testing standards. Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and algorithmic improvements.
Work closely with product managers, designers,
and other engineers to ship features. Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native development. Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and performance tuning. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
