On behalf of a Design brand, we are now looking for a: Showroom and A&D; Specialist The brand is seeking a motivated Showroom and A&D; Specialist reporting to Commercial Director. He /She will be in charge of the supervision of the showroom and the development of contract business in the area of Milan.

Responsibilities: Maintain the Brand image to the highest standards

- Ensure the Showroom and all displays are neat and tidy
- Assist with stock management and ordering
- Maintain up to date CRM
- Assist any walk-in Clients through consultation, scheming, sample picking
- Create collaboration and tailor made events to increase the company’s brand awareness
- Develop contract business through A&D; Clients.

Requirements:



~3+ years of experience in showroom context or in a commercial functions within the design industry; ~ Knowledge of the contract business would be considered a plus; ~ Strong communication skills and business acumen; ~ High-end customer service and luxury retail experience, preferably in design industry; ~ Proficient in MS office; ~ Fluent Italian and English.
