Overview In this role you drive and deliver high-impact strategic programs at Satispay, leading complex initiatives from idea to execution. You will partner with C-level stakeholders to shape strategy, manage ambiguity, and optimize resources. You’ll establish and propagate scalable best practices, mentor peers, and help build a high-performance culture. This is a chance to influence company-wide transformation and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Lead large-scale, high-uncertainty projects and transformational initiatives
- Develop data-backed, user-focused solutions to complex problems
- Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and act as thought partner
- Influence major decisions through rigorous analysis and synthesis of perspectives
- Champion new methodologies and best practices for a consistent approach
- Provide mentorship and support to team members without direct reports
- Shape broader team strategies to drive performance and balanced planning
- Design and optimize organizational resources, processes, and governance across the company
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech environments
- Strong track record in product and technology-led initiatives
- Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems and define strategic narratives
- Executive-level storytelling and decision-ready outputs for C-level alignment
- Experience leading cross-functional projects with governance and risk management
- Change-management expertise and ability to guide teams through execution
