Job Overview
Maison Goyard is seeking a Sales Associate for its Milan boutique on a permanent contract.
Key responsibilities
Within our Milan boutique, committed to and dedicated to promoting the Maison, you provide high-quality sales and advisory services to our clientele.
In compliance with our procedures and standards, more specifically:
-You welcome our clients and guide them in discovering our brand and products, clarifying their needs with them in order to propose the most appropriate offering.
-You contribute to promoting the House's craftsmanship: markings, special orders, …
-You ensure the proper upkeep of the counter and the stock.
Thus, you convey Goyard's values to our clients and know how to showcase the full range of our crafts (trunkmaker, leatherworker, and luggage maker) and our products.
You ensure a high-quality service and the retention of local and international clientele.
Required qualifications and skills
You have at least three years’ experience in sales and advising discerning clients. Your ability to guide the client in discovering the House, to advise them effectively, and to close the sale efficiently will enable you to succeed in the tasks entrusted to you. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of an additional language is a real asset.
