Our technology starts with you. **YOUR ROLE** Support an AI research team at STMicroelectronics SRA on embedded machine learning and robotics projects under direct supervision. Typical activities include: * Working on machine learning model optimization and deployment for resource-constrained edge hardware (STM32 microcontrollers/MPUs) * Supporting simulation and integration tasks for robotics applications using ROS2 middleware * Assisting in building automated tools and pipelines for model training, quantization, validation, and deployment workflows * Preparing benchmark results, technical documentation,
and supporting paper/publication preparation **YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES** * Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or similar field (enrolled or recently completed) * Strong programming skills in Python; working knowledge of C/C++ * Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model optimization concepts * Experience with Linux development environments and Git * Basic understanding of embedded systems or IoT technologies * Interest in edge AI, TinyML, robotics, or autonomous systems * English business proficiency ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
